This area of the website is intended to provide information and support relevant to the needs of Information, Advice and Guidance organisations (IAGs). 

Sign up as a LRB

In order to access Learner Records, your organisation will need to become a LRB. To do this, a member of your senior management needs to sign and return the Organisation Agreement and Organisation Registration Form. Once we receive these, we will set up your account on the Learner Registration Service (LRS).

Prepare your organisation

The LRS can be used to confirm learning and achievement information about the individuals you may be advising. This will enable IAGs to provide more responsive and tailored advice, based on the achievements in a learner's record. IAGs cannot access this information without the learner's permission and Unique Learner Number (ULN).
