Prohibited Text
Learner Registration Service functionality enables prohibition of specified text strings which could lead to offender learners being identified. A set of prohibited text strings has been agreed for use as follows:

A process is in place to enable the service desk to handle exceptions i.e. legitimate use of these words and current data is being cleansed by MIAP to remove prohibited strings.
