MIAP Services for Higher Education
There is an expectation that all HEIs will start to use ULNs from September 2009.
A ULN field has been established in both the HESA and UCAS dataset and, if you are a submitting ILRs direct to the Learning and Skills Council for funding purposes, the ULN will be a mandatory field from September 2008.
