ULN and Local Authorities
It is expected that the use of the ULN and the Learner Registration Service (LRS) will provide support for LA support teams so they can offer better services to learners and potential learners and enable them to work closer together.
Ultimately, the use of a single key identifier will reduce the large amount of numbers currently in use and facilitate the linking of records, making administration much easier.
