Organisation Details Amendment Form

The following form should be completed when changes to your organisation's details need to be reported to the LRS.

Connect to Live Web Services

Complete this form when ready to connect to the LRS live web services. This includes the use of Management Information (MI) suppliers software.

Change of Super User Form

Please complete this form to request that MIAP create a new Super User for your organisation.

Developer Registration Form

Developers need to register with MIAP before they can develop a system-to-system connection with the LRS

This is a statement of the contractual terms, conditions and obligations. It MUST be signed by a Principal, Director or equivalent. We will not be able to process your registration if the agreement is NOT correctly authorised.

Organisation Registration Form

You must complete this form to register your organisation as an LRB. Please note your organisation must be registered on the UK Register of Learning Providers. If you are not registered on UKRLP, please register by going to the link at the top of this page.
