Support your Schools to become LRBs

Our FAQs, Implementation Guide and information about the Learner Registration Service and Learner Record can help you communicate clearly with Schools.

Is your authority registered as a LRB?
 

Once you sign up as a LRB, you can access the Learner Registration Service and provide learners with Unique Learner Numbers (ULNs). Each learner's number will refer to their Learner Record.

I work with Learning Providers
 

Either the specific learning provider, or another more appropriate consortia member can sign up as an LRB to register learners.
