Breach of our Provider or Organisation Agreements
The Learning Records Service maintains a breach of agreement and disciplinary process should an organisation be found to be misusing the functions of the Learner Register or any of our products, services or functions. Similarly, if you are found to be in breach of our Organisation Agreement.
