This information is intended for use by organisations that provide learning to individuals aged 14 and over. It includes guidance, tools and tutorials to help you access the Learner Register and obtain ULNs for your learners.
Staff involved in learner enrolment and Management Information Systems (MIS) will find this Guide particularly useful.
