This area of the website is intended to provide information and support relevant to the needs of schools.

 

Sign up as a LRB

In order to begin the process, your schools needs to become a LRB. To do this, a member of your senior management team needs to sign and return the Organisation Agreement and Organisation Registration Form. Once we receive these, we will set up your account on the Learner Registration Service (LRS).

Prepare your organisation

The majority of learner details have already been transferred into the LRS from the National Pupil Database (NPD). This means that each pupil has now been given a Unique Learner Number (ULN).
To check ULNs for your learners log into the Key to Success Website

If you cannot locate ULNs for all of your learners, or if a learner has changed their family name or address, you can use the LRS to update details:
